Your entry fee does not include accommodation.

• Refunds up to 01 March 2026: 90% of entry fee.
• Refunds between 02 March to 01 June 2026: 50% of entry fee.
• Refunds between 02 June to 01 July 2026: 20% of entry fee.
• No refunds after 01 July 2026.

Registration at the event will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Your team’s entry is only guaranteed once full payment is received.

Any rider substitutions will carry an admin fee of R400.00.

No substitutions after 19 July 2026.
