The race is limited to 300 riders.

Your entry fee does not include accommodation.

• Refunds up to 28 February 2027: 90% of entry fee.
• Refunds between 01 March to 30 May 2027: 50% of entry fee.
• Refunds between 31 May to 30 June 2027: 20% of entry fee.
• No refunds after 30 June 2027.

Registration at the event will be on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Your team’s entry is only guaranteed once full payment is received.

Entries close on 1 July 2027.

Any rider substitutions will carry an admin fee of R400.00.

No substitutions after 16 July 2027.
